11. Mash The Attack Buttons To Get Out Of A Clinch

Lost the first fight in the game to that arrogant Kunesh? Yeah... we all did. And it was probably because you got repeatedly clinched to death, too.

While clinches aren't something you can manually engage and feel more like the game's way of enforcing an amount of distance between combatants, if you get too close to an enemy, they'll grab and throw you away.

To remedy this - and it's dependant on your Strength stat vs who you're fighting - just hammer R1/RB when the grab begins. More often that not, you'll be able to throw your attacker off without it feeling like the camera has detached and gone on a quest of its own.
