The Chiefs are an okay football team... They're a solid unit, with some solid players, but should a team with ZERO WR touchdown catches in the entire 2014 season be rated any higher on the scale than 80? Probably not. Alex Smith is a bang average QB with a poor record when it comes to bombing the ball downfield, and though he's now got Jeremy Maclin to aim for, it still isn't really enough to justify a team rating just outside of the Top 10. Maybe I'm being harsh, but the Chiefs just feel like an average outfit with a good defence and a thin offense despite Jamaal Charles' presence. They could've started at 80 with scope to boost them up, but 82 seems a fraction too high at this moment in time.
