These are to highlight the key men, the best of the best, among your ranks. It's a very rough visual guide as to where you're lining up at your strongest, and where your weak spots are. Of course, that doesn't mean the rest of your team are talentless, it's just to offer an idea of whether your key men are being deployed in effective areas.
