Riri Williams has had a bit of a rocky introduction to the comic books, with some praising the focus on a new generation of diverse heroes, and others criticising how unnatural the dialogue has been.
Some have pointed out that a black teenage girl being written by a team featuring no black women was alway going to struggle for realism. However, from that shaky start, Ironheart has grown in stature and could become a classic character moving forwards.
Robert Downey Jnr recently pushed for Ironheart to be in the MCU, and if she gets added to MUA, she might gather more momentum and with it, more fans.
