19. Daredevil

While Daredevil isn't as useful as he was in the previous games (where, admittedly, he was arguably OP), he can still cause a ridiculous amount of trouble for enemies. Best utilised when dashing around the environment and dealing lighting-quick beatdowns, the hero's agility is effectively made use of, while his baton makes for one of the most versatile melee weapons in the whole game.

As he mentions himself, Daredevil does his best fighting in hallways, where he's taking on a whole wave of enemies, smashing them in the face and tripping them up with his stick.
