10. Thanos

The only tank better than the Hulk is Thanos himself, which feels pretty apt not only because he's the last character you'll probably unlock (requiring you to beat the game and then complete a bunch of endgame Infinity trials), but because he's one of the few characters to ever beat the Jade Giant in hand-to-hand combat (at least in the movies).

His moves aren't all that flashy, just the regular beams and charge attacks that similar characters also wield, but he's undeniably powerful, and lives up to his role as the big bad of the entire game.
