2. Megaman X

Megaman X is currently the only new Capcom character to be featured in the starting roster for Infinite. Hell of a way to start.

Megaman X is one of most requested characters to appear in the Marvel vs. Capcom series and Capcom seem intent to give fans their wish by including him this time. Whilst Megaman was previously featured in some of the older games in the series, Megaman X is a completely different character with different abilities and a different physical stature.

The gameplay trailers released for Megaman X have shown him to have the typical wealth of blaster attacks but he also features a surprising focus on close combat. He also appears to have very heavy punches and a great aerial game.

A brand new screenshot also shows that one of Megaman X's specials involves him transforming into a much more powerful armour, indicating that he can use his special similarly to Arthur in Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

Megaman X also has an exclusive skin that comes from the Deluxe Edition of the game, based on his 'Command Mission X' armour.
