Marvel's Avengers: 10 DLC Characters Who MUST Appear

Hawkeye was massively conspicuous by his absence in the trailer, and already it seems strange that he’s not there.

Though he wasn’t an original Avenger in the comics, the game is clearly being produced off the back of the MCU’s popularity. To have five of the six OGs then leave Clint Barton on the sidelines feels like a poor choice.

Of course, Hawkeye might just be being held back to help usher in a new team.

The West Coast Avengers may well feature in the game, and if that’s the case it makes sense for Hawkeye to be their leader. Indeed, he may have skipped the A-Day celebration because of prior arrangements on the West Coast, or may move across the country to rebuild in the aftermath.

The games could explore his arrow technology with much more depth than the MCU, so leaving him out is missing a trick.

He’ll surely be there regardless, but bringing his team with him would be a massive plus.

The current West Coast roster includes Gwenpool, Kate Bishop, Fuse, Kid Omega and Miss America, so a whole team up would introduce a host of great, under appreciated characters.
