6. Who's Black Widow Fighting?

Immediately after the Avengers get back in action, we're shown a brief snippet of Black Widow fighting what looks to be a robot of sorts. I say a robot because, well, they make robo-esque noises and look quite metallic, but who knows - there could be a human in there too.
Either way, the identity of said figure is a little difficult to discern. Could it be Ultron? Super-Adaptoid? Ultimo? Marvel aren't exactly short on terrifying robo-villains, so it could easily be any of them.
Of course, it could just be an average robo henchman as well. A Doom-Bot, perhaps?
