Mass Effect 4: 10 Things That Must Be Revealed At E3
3. The Combat
The Mass Effect series is an RPG with a heavy emphasis on real time combat. Just within the time span of the first and third games huge changes were made to the combat, most of them for the better. Considering that three years has passed since then and a new console generation has begun, significant advancements to the combat is not only expected, but required if the series is to keep up with modern gaming sensibilities.
It would be really great if Bioware gave a live demonstration either online or at one of the conferences showing off the new combat and shooting mechanics. Majority of Mass Effect’s gameplay has always been combat; it is the meat of the game, and thus should be shown this year.
Doing this would give Bioware a chance to give the fans a taste of both the new combat mechanics and the scope and scale with which they take place.
But the action isn’t the only thing that should be shown at E3…
