1. One Of The Main Villains Is A Human
Saren, or The Illusive Man? Perhaps Kai Leng? I don't think I'm alone in stating that alien enemies are infinitely more fun to talk to and fight than just more humans, and although the existence of an antagonistic male is most likely not the main villain for the entire game (they're always answering to someone), those who were hoping for another Saren-level of villain will be disappointed, at least initially. It's worth pointing out that during the encounter with this character, a few prompts pop up indicating Paragon or Renegade options, hinting to the notion that you'll get to shape the story depending on who you spare or keep alive. Bioware have clearly been watching the competition develop their own games, as this sort of thing is very reminiscent of The Witcher 3's narrative, where all plot points converge towards the close of the game - even the most minor developments can have some major repercussions.
