What the hell is that?

You’d be forgiven for saying that it looks like a Krogan. It does, except this one has a more bone-like aesthetic.

Remind you of anyone?

That’s right, the Kett have that same bone-like armour that we are seeing on this Krogan-like figure. Could it be possible that there is a connection between the origins of the Kett and the origins of this Krogan-like creature?

Could the Khett be spawns of another race? Much like how the Collectors were a spawn of the Protheans?

There are of course other explanations for this. I already mentioned that the Archon looks different to the rest of the Kett, but could it be he has changed them to become stronger? In that same way, could it be that the Archon is leeching off the Krogan to make them into weapons?
