7. Paz Is Alive In A Hidden Cutscene

However, the other door will be openable if you just walk up to it and press the action button, leading to one of the most crucial cut-scenes in the entire game...and one that can be so easily missed. Paz will be seen very much alive and well, leading to a flashback to her "death" in Ground Zeroes, showing that the second bomb in her vagina was actually removed, and the explosion wasn't from her bomb but from a rocket fired by another chopper. Paz suffered amnesia from the impact of hitting the water, believing it's still 1984, and also adopting a disassociative personality very much unlike the one fans knew in Peace Walker and Ground Zeroes. A later cut-scene also shows Snake hallucinating Paz pulling out her own intestines while searching for the bomb. Gross. That such a pivotal revelation was relegated to an area that players may never stumble across is, frankly, totally ridiculous.
