5. Minecraft: Cats & Pandas Update Announced

It wouldn't be a Microsoft conference without at least a cursory mention of Minecraft, and though there's still no sign of that long-awaited Super Duper 4K Graphics Pack, Mojang did confirm that a new Cats and Pandas update is on the way.

Quite rightly touted as the game's cutest update so far, the hilarious reveal trailer plays up the charm aspect even if details on exactly how the animals will be integrated into the game remain to be seen.

While the update probably won't lure in many new Minecraft players, if you're already a fan of the sandbox phenomenon, how could you possibly resist this?
