Mortal Kombat 11: 10 Characters We DON'T Want To See
8. Goro
Goro may be iconic to Mortal Kombat, but that doesn't make him an interesting character.
The fact that Goro was relegated to a pre-order bonus in Mortal Kombat X is pretty indicative of this. Although Shao Kahn is a pre-order for Mortal Kombat 11, that's more because of his status, and the fact he's canonically dead.
Large fighters in the Mortal Kombat universe don't tend to stick around for too long, with characters like Shiva and Kintaro being indicative of this.
If one absolutely has to return in Mortal Kombat 11, it'd actually be a lot more interesting to see someone like Motaro return. Having a character that's on four legs instead of two would be a change-up for the series, and it'd definitely be better than having Goro again.
Goro's moveset also makes him a pretty annoying character to go up against, with plenty of moves that are made more to aggravate. We won't miss him too much.
