Mortal Kombat 11 DLC: 10 Old-School Characters We Want To See
3. Nitara
Given the vast and strange characters and races in Mortal Kombat, vampires would look quite tame by comparison. Four-armed princes, centaurs, cyborgs and masters of time make your bog standard blood sucker a bit boring.
But credit to Nitara, a vampire of the Moroi race, for being a standout to the exception. Despite looking like the back of those cheap hoodies you see adorning a city high street, she's got one of the best gimmicks ever: Talking in rock lyrics.
Seriously, it's awesome.
In Deadly Alliance's Konquest mode, she references everything from The Police, KISS, Journey, Def Leppard and more. It's such a great pop culture-based thing for a Mortal Kombat game.
Considering a lot of characters in the new one make many a reference, from Frozen and the Austin Power films, all the way to its own movies, it wouldn't be too out of place. Imagine the back and forth between the older fighters, or it going over the heads of the younger champions.
