2015's rating of 98 was, quite frankly, ridiculous, making LeBron James an immensely overpowered prospect in 2K15. The only problem is, it's difficult to deny the accuracy of such dominance. No other player is currently capable of taking over a game in the same way as King James, and he remains the finest talent of his generation. I predict his rating to remain unchanged in 2K16, and rightfully so. Steph Curry might have won the MVP race (and the 2015 NBA Championship), but his considerable talents still don't stack up to James' all-around game. We've seen better seasons from LeBron in terms of statistics, championship rings, and individual accolades, but his 2014/15 run was perhaps the most determined period of his entire career. Returning to Cleveland intent on delivering the team's first ever NBA Championship, he almost achieved the impossible, dragging a team of role players (and Kyrie Irving) all the way to the Finals. Unfortunately for James, it simply wasn't meant to be, but his continued reign as the best player in the world looks set to continue - both in-game and on the court.
