7. MyTEAM Strategy Cards
The most important addition when it comes to the style of play of your MyTEAM is the decision to pick a coach. Once you do it, you're supposed to provide him with players that best resonate with his style of play. For example, a defensive-minded coach will embrace blockers and stealers, while an up-tempo coach will want athletic, fast ones. Obviously if you fail to do that, your team will not perform as well as it should.
During timeouts, just like a regular coach, you "talk" to your team and influence its performance as well.
