This screenshot is not so much about the resemblance to the real Doc Rivers - which is really on point - but more about the awesome improvements regarding the MyGM mode.

Now, as a General Manager of an NBA team, the player will be responsible for establishing a relationship with their coach. The chemistry between the two is crucial if the team wants to succeed, but obviously there are exceptions to the rule, like in the case of Phil Jackson and Jerry Krause.

Hopefully the game will allow for the GM and the coach to clash for years, instead of one being fired immediately after complications appear. After all, the basis for every good story is conflict and this year's MyGM is supposed to be very story-driven.
