Injury struck last season for Lebron which resulted in a catastrophic downturn in form for the Lakers, so it's easy to see why 2K still values him as the top dog in the business.

A solitary dropped point in his overall rating keeps him right at the summit of the players within the new game, showing he still has that star power.

Still, his 97 puts him top of the pile alongside Kawhi Leonard in a somewhat surprising move by 2K. The likes of Giannis Antetokounmp and James Harden will feel hard done by given Lebron's high rating, while the aforementioned Leonard can feel slightly aggrieved at not being the outright number one.
