5. Evolution Cards
This is one of the major talking points among the community and arguably the biggest change from previous versions of the game.
2K is introducing Evolution cards. Essentially this means that certain cards will be upgradable throughout the game, with tasks set for players to complete to get those cards to the next level.
This should impact the auction house too, with Evo cards likely to be some of the more expensive in the game to begin with.
A nice feature with this is that you can upgrade your card right up to a galaxy opal, and then try and sell that card on the auction house.
This is a good move for players who don't want to spend actual money on the game but want to develop and be rewarded for grinding.
It should make for a different and fairer experience within the game as more players will have different ways of building an appropriately competitive squad.
