9. Banshee - Moira's Halloween Skin
Despite not being the newest character, Moira has surprisingly few new legendary skins, with only two since her launch in 2017. The ones she got, however, are pretty excellent, with one showing off her sleek and canon-relevant Blackwatch attire and the other becoming one of the best skins in the game, her Halloween skin, Banshee.
Moira has a very specific look about her, with her tall, thin frame and her long, sharp fingernails, and combine that with her Irish heritage and you get the frightening and intriguing banshee design, with the colour palette being different enough from the rest of her skins to stand out while still working well with her yellow and purple heal/damage combo.
The beautiful, ragged detail on her clothes, the design of her hair, the patterns on her clothes and face, and her empty eyes all add up to one of the coolest skins to own in the game, even amongst the standout Halloween skins. She looks like she could suck the life right out of you, which is exactly what she does in game, making this skin not only cool-looking, but extremely appropriate for her character.
