Sojourn is one of the most highly anticipated heroes coming to Overwatch 2, having been announced in 2019's Blizzcon and appearing in the Storm Rising Archives event, even if it was just her voice.

The clips shown of her reappearance in Overwatch 2's story development promises a lot of history between her and the other members of Overwatch, with her giving Winston a tight embrace and getting up in Reinhardt's space over what appears to be an argument. Her character will clearly be tied to the events of Overwatch before its fall in a big way, which is exciting for fans of the story and those who wish to get answers to the mystery of its decline.

As a playable hero, there seems to be a lot of excitement around her weapon - a powerful rail gun that does both quick primary damage with a slight drop to the projectiles, and powerful burst damage from what may be her right-click.
