Overwatch: 25 Best Skins You Must Unlock

Poor Zarya, until very recently, when it comes to skins, she has been treated like the black sheep of the Overwatch family, having only one Legendary event skin (and one recolour) to her name.

Champion imagines the character as a weightlifter, swapping her bright pink, cropped hair for a blonde ponytail. Whilst she retained her immense muscles, her new hair seemed to distance her from the butch androgyny which fans loved her for - a huge misstep. Elsewhere, Frosted, another event skin, was ludicrously close to her pre-existing Dawn skin, with just a recoloured weapon to account for its higher price point.

Thankfully, the Anniversary event gave Zarya her Cyberian skin which – as well as being an excellent pun – gifted her with an awesome pink and white armour. Whilst it’s a shame the skin covers her face with an (admittedly cool) gold face-plate, the blocky, ‘80s-inspired retro-futuristic look is undeniably epic, even recreating her pink hair with a contrasting blue plume atop her helmet.

Zarya might not have some of the game’s most exciting skins but the ridiculousness of Cyberian certainly helps boost her weak selection.
