Symmetra, the sultry Indian architect, is a complex character both in terms of personality and playing style with a mixture of defensive turrets, offensive beam projector and team shielding at her disposal.
Playing her requires timing and skill to get keep protecting allies and pumping damage into enemies. But it is her ultimate ability, a teleporter that takes allies from their spawn point to the heat of the battle, that creates the biggest opportunities for jerklicious shenanigans.
Symmetra's player chooses the exact location of the teleporter's exit. With cunning positioning, the teleporter can disgorge its travellers over a cliff or into one of the bottomless pits that serve as lethal obstacles in many of the game's maps.
Their allies eagerly leap into their teleporter, only to be pitched out over the edge to their hilarious, unavoidable doom. And the Symmetra player writhes in glee, coddled by the knowledge they have ruined the game for everyone.
