7. Dr. Junkenstein Junkrat
Ah Dr. Junkenstein, the insane scientist behind this whole haunted mess. This skin remains one of Junkrat's best to this day and features a crazy amount of detail. From his frazzled hair and goggles, to the vials of dodgy, probably dangerous, blue liquid strapped to his chest, the Australian arsonist has never looked better.
The rip-tire on his back now exudes bolts of electricity, which jump from one spoke to the next. Meanwhile, his grenade launcher looks fantastic, with streams of electricity running along it while in first-person mode. For a skin that actually looks relatively simple, it comes together nicely, unless his mess of a Summer Games legendary.
Considering he's the main player in the Overwatch Halloween Terror event, Blizzard did good by him, providing Junkrat with his best legendary skin in the game. But even the master of madness himself isn't quite as good as the last lot.
