PES 2013: 10 Reasons You Should Play Over FIFA 13

2. Unrivalled Ball Physics

For years now I€™ve been charmed by this feature of PES and this year comes as a surprise to me, as it€™s just gotten better when I thought that it couldn€™t possibly. Konami seems to have a very special relationship with the football, and so should they - after all, we are dealing with a game of football. The security guard might have been given the HD treatment, the chants might be mastered in 5.1, the stadium could even have a maintenance team, but what the game should centre around is the football itself. And that€™s where Konami wins by a mile. The ball here as mentioned earlier feels like an entity on its own. I€™ve given up trying to guess the magic Konami applied, but when PES 2013 runs on SUPER STAR difficulty and you€™re in the middle of the park surrounded by AC Milan defenders, the game is all about tight spaces, quick turns, eagle vision and match sealing decisions, you realise how the physics plays an important role. The hardened veteran following the beautiful game should sit down and watch the ball in PES 2013, and while PES 2013 might not have all the gloss of its rival, Konami know what a football should be, feel, bounce, spin and move like. Personally, I can€™t imagine what€™s more important than the ball in football.
