1. Killzone 4
It was announced over the last few days that Guerrilla Games' Killzone 4 will be one of the AAA titles appearing at Sony's PS4 launch next week which, given the series' reputation for being a visually stunning and intense shooter, is certainly something to be excited about. Of course, we can all remember the controversy when Killzone 2's trailer first debuted at E3 2005, with Sony eventually being forced to concede that the amazing demo we saw was in fact a "target render" of what the developers hoped to eventually accomplish. Though the game looked great, it fell a little short of that initial footage. Sony will hopefully be wary of pulling the same stunt again, so hopefully we'll get some clips of the game that
will reflect the end product this time. Controversy aside, the latter-two Killzone games boasted a rich, cinematic campaign and innovative multiplayer; hopefully we can chalk this up as another winner once we've taken a look next week.
