4. Battlefield 4

Some have mentioned their keenness for Battlefield: Bad Company 3 to be announced for the PS4, but one has to wonder what the point would be when we already know that EA is hard at work prepping Battlefield 4, the sequel to the hugely successful - and downright brilliant - third Battlefield, which revolutionsed the FPS landscape and, to my token, bested the CoD franchise in every way except sales. We know that the game is in development and that it won't see the light of day until at least the tail end of 2013, but more likely, 2014 (given that beta testing is scheduled to start in autumn), so earmarking it as a PS4 launch title just seems like good business. As an incentive, why not launch it on the PS4 a few weeks ahead of the other platforms? Given how mind-blowingly realistic BF3 looks, one can expect that BF4 will again shift the goal-posts and put every other FPS title out there to shame. The real question, though, will be how many players per game it will be able to support; after the console versions of BF3 proved disappointing with regard to player load, there's really not much point bothering if it can't keep up with the PC equivalent's 64-player carnage.
