Pokémon GO: 10 Essential Features It Desperately Needs
For the love of the Poké-gods, give us the option to trade multiple Pokémon.
Although Pokémon GO is currently sweeping the entire nation - literally, people are swarming the various PokéStops and Gyms in their droves, encouraging a level of social interaction not seen since the first few days of Xbox Live - there are a handful of integral features missing.
Don't get me wrong, when you're out and about, hoovering up Pokémon and genuinely feeling like the real world is that little bit more magical in the process, the lovingly-named 'PoGo' might just be Game of the Year, but it doesn't detract from this being a mass-marketed Pokémon title, and that comes with certain expectations.
Sound off on your own fan-demands in the comments below and see what you make of my own - hopefully Niantic will implement all of them at some point in the future.
10. Transfer Groups Of Pokémon At Once
If there's one thing you'll be doing alongside flicking Pokéballs, it's amassing a ton of duplicates which can then be traded in for precious power-up candies.
Thing is... you can only do this one at a time, which when you've amassed a 12 of the same type (Zubats, anyone?), turns into a major gripe. Enter the Pokémon screen, scroll down, tap 'Transfer', wait for the server sync... can you imagine selecting 10 Drowzees and getting 10 candies in one go?
Words cannot describe such pleasure.
