Pokémon GO: 10 Reasons To Start Playing Again
1. The Game Has Become Truly Legendary
Over a year after the launch of Pokemon GO, Legendary Pokemon have finally arrived as top tier raid bosses at around 40,000 CP.
For reference, most Dragonite just get over 3000CP at full power, but boy is it worth the challenge.
While they may not automatically be the best Pokemon in the game when caught, and while the odds of catching one are about 10% a ball at best, the allure pulls every player out.
There are Facebook groups, WhatsApp chats and websites all dedicated to informing players when these mighty creatures rear their heads, letting you arrange for everyone to band together and take it down as a team.
Legendary Pokemon is Pokemon GO at its most unifying.
The big question right now is how long are they going to be around for?
Since they came into play after Pokemon GO Fest, Lugia has been a fixture, whereas Articuno and Moltres only stuck around for a week and Zapdos is facing a similar expiry date.
One theory is that Ho-Oh and the Legendary Beasts will take their place for another three weeks before switching back, but no one can be sure at the moment. So if you’re still sat here reading this and not getting back out there, you may very well miss your chance for something a year in the making.
