Pokémon GO Gen 2: 9 New Tips & Tricks The Game Doesn't Tell You

1. Transfer Multiple Pokémon

Pokemon GO Multi Transfer
Niantic

Again, one that's been around prior to the introduction of Gen 2, but will have been missed by most players returning to the game, as in the time between last Summer and now, Niantic have FINALLY added the function to transfer multiple Pokémon to the Professor at once.

One of the most frustrating things about the original release - beyond the constant server issues and your loved ones incessantly complaining that you weren't spending any time with them, like, I know Jane, we did say we'd go and see your friend's band on Friday but really this has been falling apart for a while now and if I'm choosing to spend time traipsing around the town centre chasing imaginary monsters on my phone over, say, another pointless argument with you then I think, if we're being honest, and we should be honest after all this time, that it's not Pokémon Go that's the problem, it's us - was that you had to transfer all your surplus Pokémon one at a time.

Now though, you don't. You can tap on multiple Pokémon and transfer them all in one massive dump, with your rewards and stardust stacking back to you in much the same way. Word of warning though, this is also a really, really easy way to accidentally transfer the wrong Pokémon, so be careful.
