It's clear that Pokémon GO is already a very passionate past-time for many people, but is it really worth losing your job over? Hmmm, well you would have more time to play it if that happened, sooo... maybe?

Not that that was going through the mind of Australian Sonny Truyen, who lost his job with a company in Singapore after going off on a bizarre Facebook tirade against the entire country because the game isn't available to play there yet.

The apoplectic Aussie complained that he "can't f***ing catch Pokémon in this piece of f***ing sh** country", before saying that the average IQ in the country would fall if he left. Not a very smart move, incidentally, as he duly got the sack.

In another story, from the Today I F**ked Up subreddit, redditor scarstruck4 said he get into deep doo-doo at work when a Zubat popped up in the game. The use of a camera is strictly prohibited at his work, however, and when his Zubat encounter was discovered his iPhone got confiscated and sent abroad to his company's HQ to check for data breaches.

The current status of the man's job is unknown. Worse still, he wouldn't get to keep the Zubat either because it's a company phone. Bummer.
