This is the biggest one, something that even on day one people were questioning how the hell it got through testing and through to market in the state it's in. The DualShock 4 is hands-down the best controller on the market right now - as well as the most proficient, tactile-feeling, satisfying thing Sony's made in years - and yet it has a battery life of around four hours. In a gaming landscape where that won't even get you through The Order: 1886, that's a real problem, and has been for far too long. Either the DS4 needs a new version with the pointless LED light removed and a far more capable battery pack thrown in, or there has to be something done on the PS4-side to turn off certain functions like the light, rumble functionality etc. of the controller for prolonged life. It's just weird that they went from a DualShock 3 that could last a good few days to this cripplingly useless device, yet the major differences outside of better triggers and form factor are an LED light and a touchpad that rarely gets used.
