PS4: 10 Glaring Issues Sony Need To Fix

1. The Pricing Of Everything - Especially Digital Titles

It's rare you'll find a gripe about pricing being aired quite so publicly - most gamers or tech-savvy patrons of the 'next big thing' tend to reconcile that's the literal price you pay to be in with whatever the shiniest thing that year is. However with the newest generation it's all getting a bit ridiculous. Take a quick look through the PlayStation Store and you'll find copies of things like Destiny, Evolve, Call of Duty etc. reaching far and above £80 for their premium versions, with £54.99 being the new standard digital price. Obviously budgets are inflated when working with newer tech, but despite Sony sticking to RRP on their official store, can you honestly say there's been a considerable leap in what's released so far game-wise that matches the new cost of everything? Even the Dualshock 4 itself goes for the same price as a full retail title, despite the only thing elevating it above the last generation being the pointless LED light or the severely underused touchpad. Everything about the new generation seems severely overpriced - especially digital titles - and although that might not be an issue to some, when you take a look back at how much full price titles, controllers and consoles were at this point in their respective life-cycles last time around, it borders on exploitation of every gamer's goodwill and love for their medium.
