Look, I know it's become a bit of a joke by now, but the inability to change your PSN ID is always going to be a fatal flaw for Sony's console. And it only becomes more frustrating as the years go on: the more people play the more digital features become tied to their profile, from entire trophy collections to whole video game libraries.

It's almost been ten years since the original PS3 came out and people first crafted their online profile, and let's face it, if you were still stuck with the same e-mail address you made ten years ago, you'd probably be getting way less job interviews.

I realise it must be a technical nightmare to fix this issue, but finding a way to let players change their PSN IDs would be one of the biggest wins for Sony in years.
