Maybe this selection was an obvious number one considering that this game has gotten the majority of the marketing campaign, but I really can€™t blame Sony. FPS games were the entire rave last generation and exposed a large amount of people to gaming. It€™s only natural that Sony wants to burst out of the gate strong with one, so they tasked Guerilla Games with developing a new iteration in their Killzone franchise. From playing the campaign I can assuredly state that this game is an amalgamation of the cinematic flair games like Call of Duty have, but with a strategical edge involving more open ended battle vicinities. It€™s not a game that is truly amazing, but the graphical capabilities are unbelievable. Everything from the character models to textures to fire physics to explosions to lighting effects are simply stunning. What launch titles are you picking up with your PS4?
