Ceaseless Discharge... Despite sounding more like an egregious ailment that you should trouble your doctor about, he has some redeeming qualities:

His design is cool, if a little garish, and the lore behind him is heartbreaking and genuinely relatable. However, that's ruined by the fight itself, which is boring, unimaginative and quite plainly, repetitive - not to mention the easy kill you can grab by making him fall out of the arena.

Mr. Discharge (yup, that's definitely even worse) sure looks menacing, but is more troublesome than difficult.
