Ranking Every Dead Rising Psychopath From Worst To Best

4. Cliff Hudson

Adam the Clown - Dead Rising
Capcom

We've seen the depiction of PTSD used in films to positive effect, whilst we've seen it portrayed in video games as a negative. The kill-crazy ex-soldier who can't let it go, or has some kind of snap that turns them rogue and unstable.

Which approach do you think Capcom went for...?

Of course, being a completely over the top game, Cliff is portrayed as a mentally unstable man who can't escape the horrors of the Vietnam War. Whilst an optional psychopath fight, Cliff is holding survivors hostage and hanging zombies from the rafters of the store he's holed up in.

One of two military-grade psychos on this list, the fight against Cliff can also be an absolute pain if you don't know what to expect.

No slouch despite his being in his 60's, Cliff utilises the high shelves and underfloor duct system to sneak up on Frank and cause some heavy damage with his machete.

Definitely one of the more challenge boss fights, Cliff is quick, hard hitting and highly evasive. Is there a happy ending for killing him, then?

Absolutely not. It's actually quite sad. Cheers, Capcom.
