The first-ever officially licensed James Bond game was developed by Parker Brothers, which several years later would become a subsidiary of Hasbro.

James Bond 007 was originally released for the Atari 2600, and appealingly drew its missions from a number of different Bond movies such as Diamonds Are Forever, Moonraker, The Spy Who Loved Me, and For Your Eyes Only.

Sadly the gameplay was the same dull, side-scrolling shooter fare across all levels, and in addition to simply not being much fun, when played today it looks, frankly, ugly as sin. At least it's short...
