Possibly the most iconic game in the series, Pro Skater 2 provided a huge number of extra features compared to the previous edition. The introduction of creation modes enabled the player to have a completely unique experience, even allowing the creation of custom levels.

A cash system was implemented to compliment the creation modes. Players would win cash for every challenge they completed as well as hidden cash around each level. The cash could then be spent in-game to customise the character even further, offering alternative clothing and skateboard parts.

The innovating didn’t stop there though. New tricks were added to the mix, including special moves and additional grind variants. The most important addition has to be the manual. The move enabled players to extend combos in even more interesting ways as well as an added challenge in the balancing system.
