Yes, the Rockstar reign was a glorious thing to behold, and only one year after we were collectively reeling from GTA III came Vice City - an altogether bigger package with ten-times the stylistic presentation, the best soundtrack in gaming history, more hilarious writing and an attention to detail no one else was doing at the time.

I still remember the first time I took out a target by sniping them through the windshield, and I'd wager you do too.
