7. Music
Music is more important in this game than you might typically expect; there are a number of music-based levels scattered throughout the game, typically appearing once a collection of levels have been completed. Each of these levels has Rayman gliding along to a contemporary remix of a classic song - for instance, there's a brilliant Mexican guitar version of Survivor's classic tune from Rocky III, Eye of the Tiger - and the level requires your timing to be precise enough to interact with the environment to help play along to the song. Though these aspects of the game are breezy and far too short - frankly, I could play an entire game like this, and I'm holding out for DLC - they provide a welcome break in the action, and become fiendishly addictive as you try to ensure to hit every note through replaying.
