8. Horse Rustling
It's understandable that Rockstar don't want you to get the best horses for free.
In GTA Online you can only steal certain vehicles before you're told that that super flash sports car you just liberated from that nice old lady comes with a tracking device and there is no way in hell that the chop shop wants anything to do with it.
This makes perfect sense, it is after all a business and if you do want that Progen T20 you've got your eye on, well that's going to cost you either hours of grinding or fronting real money for a Shark Card.
This appears to be an attitude that they've brought over into RDR Online as well, which is fine, that's their call, but with all the wild horses that seem to roam the plains it seems a shame you can't really do anything with them.
The ability to form a posse and round them up with the intent to sell them would be a nice addition, it could even be handled the same way as the other missions where rival players could attack you and your group and try to steal the horses from you.
