Red Dead Redemption 2: 10 Leaked Gameplay Details You Need To Know
9. There Are MGS V-Style Interrogations
Everything revealed herein is damn cool, but of all the mechanics to transfer over from another game, I didn't expect (or even remember) MGS V's interrogations to make an appearance.
Thankfully, they're in here, as the leak notes:
"If enemies are injured in a certain way or taken off horseback, you can trigger contextual dialogue and force them to offer information or monetary gain in return for sparing their life"
This is a perfect way for the overwhelming size of the game world to be directly tied to player exploration and interaction. It's a way for Rockstar to guide players towards settlements, bandit camps, specific Stranger missions or anything in between.
Also, as we'll get to in a few points' time, depending on how you treat the world around you in regards to morality, the story and general tone will also change, Fable-style.
Be honest though. You're already a rootin' tootin' varmint. Are you not going to execute random people and go on a killing spree?!
