5. Carcasses Decay Overtime

A pretty obvious detail at first, at least to those who invest heavily in Red Dead's hunting mechanics, but it's important to note that everything that dies in Red Dead decays - or at least the animals do.

It's already been documented that the longer you store carcasses on your horse the more the quality will degrade, but what happens if you just leave your kill out in the wild?
