6. You Can (Probably) Carry High-Value Pelts On Your Horse

We also got to see what looks to be an NPC returning a newly-slaughtered doe to what looks to be his ranch. Rather than placing it in a bottomless bloody bag of animal goop like we did in the original RDR, he's got it slumped over his horse, which, for immersion's sake, is just neato.

Whilst it would add a layer of inconvenience to players hoping to haul a whole host of fancy animal parts to the nearest trading post, forcing players to place their hunt on their horse - much like the bounty system of Redemption - would be such a good idea.

Apart from the fact it just looks plain awesome, it would make hunting an altogether more difficult task, forcing aspiring cowboys to prioritise certain animals to haul back into town before heading off on the trail again.
