6. Flowers For A Lady
Billy West is an elderly gentleman you'll find on your travels. He's picking flowers by the side of the road for his wife, Annabel.
If you choose to help him by gathering the flowers he needs, he'll take you to his cabin to meet his wife. Sounds pretty normal. So after heroically picking all the required flowers, you do indeed meet his wife.
The only issue is, she's long dead - and partially decomposed.
This took me totally by surprise the first time I played through Red Dead Redemption as I wasn't expecting this outcome, and much like John, I just wanted to get out of there.
