Chris Redfield’s True Objective

For years since the Tragedy of The Baker Family in Louisiana, Christ Redfield, along with The Wolf Hound Squad, have been trying to put the Mold in the ground for good. During this time, he was responsible for moving the Winters Family over to Europe and was keeping a close eye on them, almost as bait.

But at least in this time, he gave Ethan combat training to better protect himself.

Discovering the Village was hiding something, he operates in the shadows along with his Squad whilst Ethan lives the nightmare again. Ultimately failing to protect the family after underestimating Miranda, Chris keeps the truth of the operation from Ethan till it is almost too late.

Chris is here to investigate Mother Miranda and her followers, to eventually destroy the source of the Mold and all other Bio-Weapons - which, as he learns, didn't originate in Louisiana or with Evaline.

The E-Type was, in fact, just a strain that came from the Village. Battling an army of Lycans, Redfield eventually locates the Megamycete and Miranda's secret lab. In doing so, he learns of the connection between this place and Umbrella, but also finds what's so special about Ethan Winters.
