Resident Evil 8 Village Trailer: 10 Things You Missed

Later in the trailer, after a quick-cut montage of Dimitrescu's daughters being less than welcoming towards poor Ethan, we then get a brief shot of (what we can assume) is Lady Dimitrescu's lovely castle establishment from a higher vantage point.

For the eagle-eyed though, you might have spotted two distant flying figures passing over the castle spire, with several more perched below.

While it is hard to make out precisely what they are...we can assume it's not the local's bird population. In fact, judging from the size and movement (not to mention the type of game this is) those are probably giant vampire bats.

With rumours swirling Lady Dimitrescu is actually a vampire, this notion wouldn't be far-fetched. But more on all that later...
